Bio
Hello. My name is Jim Snedeker. Originally from Ohio, I have lived in the Winchester, Virginia area since 2007. I play and sing what are known as "singer-songwriter classics", music from the 60s all the way up through today. mostly acoustic with great melodies. I play at wineries, restaurants, and breweries in the northern Virginia area.
Summers at Interlochen National Music Camp and a bachelor's degree in music may not have done much to help me win 1st place in the Winchester First Night 2021 Busking Contest, but I'm glad to have that foundation.
Since my retirement I've enjoyed volunteering to support Guitars For Vets. I'm involved in teaching, fundraising and performing at open mics around the local area.
